The Boxcar Children - A Graphic Novel
VERDICT: Recommended
Concern Level: None

Concern LevelNone
Concerning & Potentially Concerning Content
The only thing we can really pick at here is just that this graphic novel format has shortened an already pretty short story to the point where it can lose some of its impact from the original. Other than that, there isn’t really anything concerning.

Our Thoughts
Whether you do it in graphic novel format or not, this is a really sweet story that starts a long series that young readers can safely enjoy. These are the types of characters and morals we miss in most modern stories today. This is one kids can safely enjoy. Definitely Recommended.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.
— Psalm 1:1-3
